Montana of Switzerland’s HTT system (High-Tech Tuning) utilizes high performance robotics to stonegrind (flatten and add structure to the base), and to bevel and polish both base and side edges.

Their Vario structures allow our technicians to change the structure pattern across the base of the ski to get you maximum glide; while Radial Edge tuning allows us to graduate the edge bevel along the entire length of the ski meaning easy turn initiation and improved edge grip.

The result: an incredibly predictible and consistant ski tune that we can reproduce everytime!

Infrared Wax $25

Our state of the art infrared waxer provides better and more durable gliding characteristics. The applied wax is heated evenly and without contact by means of infrared; this allows gentle, homogeneous and deep penetration of the wax without condensation production.

Season Tunes

The easiest way to make yourself a better skier is to get your gear tuned regularly. Bring your skis/boards in once a week to get tuned.

  • The season tune program runs from October – April 30th, 2023-2024 ski season
  • Small repairs are free of charge.
  • Major repairs will be estimated and charged 
  • A major repair includes major base welds and edge repairs.
  • Season tunes are nontransferable and nonrefundable
  • Once season tune slot is filled, they are nontransferable (Old, broken or lost ski or snowboard slot can’t be transferred)
  • Larger packages can be purchased at any time to accommodate more equipment or purchase additional season tune slots.

Bronze Season Tune $199

  • Up to two skis or snowboards
  • 1 ski or snowboard tuned per week

Industry Professional / Student Bronze Season Tune $149*

  • Ski patrol, Ski School, Mountain host employee of Big Sky or Bridger
  • Full time college student
  • *Available upon presentation of pay stub or student ID*

Youth Race Season Tune $549

  • U8, U10, U12, U14
  • Up to four race skis
  • 4 skis tuned per week

Race Season Tune $659

  • U16, U18, U21, Seniors
  • Up to four race skis
  • 4 skis tuned per week

Silver Season Tune $329

  • Up to four pairs of skis or snowboards
  • 2 skis or snowboards tuned per week

Gold Season Tune $549

  • Up to eight pairs of skis or snowboards
  • 4 skis or snowboards tuned per week

Additional Season Tune Slot $109

  • Already have a season tune and want to add one additional ski or snowboard for season
  • Adds additional slot does not add additional tuning per week

Race Additional Season Tune Slot $179

  • Already have a Race season tune and want to add one additional race ski for season
