Fits like a glove custom ski boot.

One of the most important pieces of equipment to your skiing is a good fitting boot. To find the perfect fit one must have precision and knowledge. Our goal is to provide each customer with that perfect fit.

How It Works

Step 1

Scan Foot

Thanks to the latest technology of 4 depth compensation cameras both feet are measured and 3D rendered within a few seconds. The visualized 3D picture is of highest precision and can be looked at from various angles.

Easy Peasy

  1. Step on the 3D Scanner
  2. Stand there.
  3. That’s it. No changing of socks or special equipment is needed.
i

The Data

In one click and less than five seconds, the BD Vandra 3D foot scanner provides a complete scan of a pair of feet to an accuracy of +1/-1mm. The scanner produces a detailed 3D model of the foot, including extraction of not just length and width, but 10 separate specific measurements. These measurements as well as the 3D rendering are sent directly to a tablet where the customer can view the visual with his/her boot fitter.

Step 2

l

Analysis

Each of our boot fitters are highly trained in the art of feet and how they fit in ski boots. They will review the scanned foot, identifying crucial measurements and comparing them with our database of boots that will fit the customer.

Step 3

Shell Fit

Upon the recommendation of the boot fitter, he/she ( yes, we have a female boot fitter) will perform a shell fit on the customer. The liner will be removed and we’ll look at how your foot fits in the shell of said boot.

Step 4

Customization

  • Custom insoles – based on the customers 3D scan we’ll choose the correct insole to custom mold to the foot
  • Intuition Liners – heat moldable and warm. The high ratio of cross linking in intuitions foam’s unique molecular structure produces its unparalleled quality.
  • Hotronics foot warmers – Toasty toes while skiing. Need we say more?

Step 5

Putting it All Together

After a good shell fit is obtained and customization options have been decided on, the fun really begins. Your boot fitter will heat mold the liner of your boot to fit your foot perfectly. Voila, complete customization for a guaranteed fit.
